Terms of Service

EstimateLoop is a product operated by 4LLs. By purchasing, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EstimateLoop is a hosted software service for creating, sending, and tracking customer estimates. It is a workflow tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or construction advice. You are responsible for the accuracy, suitability, and enforceability of every estimate and term you send to your customers.

Access codes are sent to the email on the account. You may start one 14-day pilot after verifying your email; the pilot requires no card and does not become a subscription or charge automatically. After the pilot ends, saved data remains available read-only until you subscribe. You are responsible for keeping that inbox secure, providing accurate account information, and using the service lawfully. Do not use the service to send deceptive, unlawful, or abusive content or to interfere with the service.

The pilot has no card requirement and never charges automatically. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the existing Basic or Pro price and monthly or annual interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid unless Stripe shows otherwise. Taxes may be added when required. Failed or reversed payments may suspend access.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments already made are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly through the Support page.

We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of business-critical estimates and attachments. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

A seller may share a referral link for the validation pilot. If the code is valid, the first eligible verified signup may be attributed to that seller for aggregate reporting. Referral links do not expose lead details and do not promise a commission, payout, or other compensation.

We may update these terms and will post the current version and revision date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Support page.
